A little diner on Dunbar Street that serves up some mean grub.
Prepare to wait in line if you show up on a Saturday or Sunday Late breakfast rush, and by line I mean up to an hour. Almost nothing in life is worth standing in line for an hour, but I can say that this place is close. The décor is a little sparse and I can’t help but think of Ed Hardy db’s when scanning the room, but you go here for the food.
The first time I went to Jethro’s I had the corned beef hash, which was awesome. The hash was great and it was cheap. The little girl next to me ordered pancakes with strawberries and whip cream… when her plate hit the table the whole restaurant stopped and looked. This meal was 3-4 times the size of this girl’s head! The following time I went to Jethro’s I challenged the pancake and lost…
Get down to Jethro’s for some amazing pancakes/brunch/value!
