With that out of the way, onto more pleasant news: tomorrow marks the 6th annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Vancouver. The City of Vancouver has designated March to April as the time to honor the 37,000 cherry trees given from Japan nearly 80 years ago. As the most beautiful symbol of spring, the Cherry Blossom Festival celebrates poetry, art, music, film, design, crafts, photography & cuisine through a variety of different programs.
